Necropsy Workshops
At Cerberus Sciences we are always happy to help researchers, animal technicians, and other professionals in the lab field to learn new skills and refine techniques to benefit the community and animal welfare. Inclusions
-
Two of our staff will be in attendance – a veterinary pathologist and experienced pathology technician.

Two PowerPoint presentations:
-
An overview of the necropsy technique and its purpose.

General pathology description and communication.

A live projected necropsy.
-
Each participant performs a necropsy with assistance from staff.

Supplied instruments, collection materials, paperwork and Necropsy Booklet and reusable Necropsy Mat.

Arrangement

A minimum of 10 participants and a maximum 20 participants.

Where:

Cerberus Sciences Scoresby Lab, Victoria.

At your facility given suitable lab space *.

Cost is $200/participant.

Your facility to provide the animals (Excess stock is highly encouraged.)
